this is renovation of a landscaping job I did about 10 years ago. Pulled out a vitex hedge that was almost dead and re-planted 4677467846794680

Nice one Redeye. Looks like a big job. How long did it take you? Bet the customer was stoked with the end result.

there was probably a full days work all up Jo, the old hedge was pulled out with the ute which saved hours of work, one green load to the tip & 2 ute loads of eucy mulch. There are 40 westringea "Morning Light" plants which dont really show up in the photos as they were only tube stock

Nice work.

That's some heavy looking soil for being so close to the coast. Is it sandier than it looks in the pics? Looks like quite heavy black soil.

another garden reno done, killed the grass 2 weeks ago, put in pine mulch then did the timber work today ( bloody hot it was too!) just need to add soil to the enclosed bed and add plants to it and along the path to hold the mulch back

Looks better already. A bit tired and dated before. And you should have plenty of repeat work blowing off the path. Mwah hahaha hahaha (evil laugh).

Ha yeah! I've actually bought 40 dietes, dianella's and ornamental poa's to line the path with, just waiting for them to arrive (ordered today from "plantinspirations" who I've had great dealings with)

finished it today, ornamental grasses planted along the path (poa, dietes, dianella) and among the garden bed, new letterbox...pretty happy
