I brought a dyna truck cause my nissan decided to blow up the gear box. Ive been mucking around with it as it didnt have a towbar and touch wood should have that sorted tomorrow but on the other side ive noticed a bit of freedom not having a trailer being dragged behind me so i am thinking of decking it so i can drop the trailer for the smaller jobs where rideon isnt needed. Ive half built a box for the mowers but trying to work out where to put snippers and blower plus fuel jerrys with still having space for rubbish. Any ideas and or photos of what others have would be greatly appreciated.

I have room for my blower in the mower box, and snipper rack and all the often used stuff has to go along the gutter side. I am going to get a rear draw for under my tray, and I am making up some fuel container holders to also get bolted up behind the rear wheel space. My hedgy holder is under my trimmer rack. No pics yet sorry.

They're in the mower box.

His is similar to mine. Mine is a dual cab toyota Dyna mines petrol would have prefered to have gotten a diesel but you cant be to much of a chooser when you have a low budget and getting something cheap.

You know what ? One of those dual cabs would be absolutely perfect for me. I have a Ford Trader single cab which I am currently fixing up for road worthy but one of those dual cabs would be the bees knees. That's what I should get. How does the cost of rego compare to a 4x4 dual cab ute ?

I think they are the real deal shindi`s (going by the other equipment)
but they look the same as pope..!!
atleast they use the same parts as pope blowers seeing as shindi parts are hard to find ..

Short answer is $800.
I just wrote a long blurb on my truck, previous truck etc, & lost it!:dean:
Think I'll start another thread titled your vehicle, some time in the near future.
Cheers Fred.

Im still playing with setting up my truck just put a box for fuel and sprayer on today but it is sometimes a slow and tediuse problem mmodifying and setting up vehicle. week by week been fixing mechanical problems adding mower box at back added area for rubbish have put box for blowers below spent all day today on finishing the fuel and sprayer box which i thought would take hour two max but i did blow up my drill and went looking around for a new one which cost a bit of time. got the wrong bolts so two trips to get them not one but you get that on these big jobs.

I traded in my old ute and got a 2006 Isuzu D-max, So I have to fit tool boxes, make a ladder rack, snipper rack etc, etc all over again, oh well I'm glad to be rid of that thirsty V6 petrol Courier. I probably would have preferred an Extra cab or dual cab but a few extra tool boxes should solve the problem of everything being chucked on the passengers seat.

I have to build a big toolbox for security and before I get booked for Insecure Load, so been doing a bit of research. Came across this site. http://www.ovesco.com.au/index.php

Lots of bits & pieces there. Good for getting an idea of what is out there. Don't know how they compare for prices but look pretty reasonable to me.

I finally got some time/motivation to do something about a toolbox.
It started as a light bench on wheels so I cut it down to size and put some shelf frames in.

Can put some sheets on next then the door.
Waiting on some door locks and seals.
