Hi there, I've been lurking for a while but today decided to pay up and get some well priced insurance from Dean as well. I've been mowing for a while but have recently decided to formerly say 'I have a mowing business' instead of 'I mow the odd lawn here and there'. Hoping to be able to learn a lot and contribute some too!

What to say... I've been a professional firefighter for over a decade and used to emergency teach in schools between shifts when I had the chance. Being a firefighter is great but incredibly busy and sometimes very demanding. A few years ago i started liking the contrast of the fact that I can work my own hours etc by doing a mowing round which is a bit of a handyman gig as well ( I've renovated a lot but have no formal skills) instead of taming a new class of youngsters every week! I recently decided to go the whole hog and purchased a mowing trailer which i repaired and am testing the waters a bit more seriously.

Similar to me, just semi-retired fitter and turner, welcome aboard, i'll be up and running in spring.

From one relatively new newbie to another, Welcome! My parents are based down your way; are there many lawnies down your neck of the woods?

Welcome Edstar!
I'll probably see you around the peninsula.
I'm based up in the rosebud area but venture out occasionally.
