Knowing your age would be easier for others to answer that,

one thing I do, you will not feel like doing it after a hard day, but do some exercise go for a walk or a bike ride, I find its like a cool down I don't seize up and am not as sore the next day.

Having just had a bad car crash i know all about feeling sore at the moment. Try some chelated magnesium tablets, they help the signal the muscles to relax, nurofen tablets have a anti-inflamatory component to them some are the better pain killer. But the biggest thing helping me at the moment is going to a Physio, amasing how good you feel when a pretty lady gives you a massage!!!

this stuff has put a stop to all my muscle soreness, and i had it bad, water isnt good enough for a working drink, you need to replace the salts & minerals.

It's called getting older. Better get used to it. You'll really know about it if you start getting joint problems or a chronic illness as well; trust me ;)

Definitely give Magnesium a try. I used to be sore all the time but magnesium has helped and now I can have a massive day and not feel too bad. Still a bit sore but nothing like I used to be.
Staminade is actually high in Magnesium which is why it is good for soreness too. I used to get a lot of cramps after a big day and magnesium also fixed that. Also used to pull muscles when playing sport and it stopped happening when I started taking Magnesium. One of my clients is a naturopath and told me all about how it works.

Cramps equals low magnesium levels, but be careful with that magnesium intake. Over do it and you will be on the throne a way lot more than what you would desire!!!!!!!!!

Easy solution, and it ties in with another thread running at the moment. Leave these jobs for the lowballers, let them wear themselves out

I did my hard yards, now its someone elses turn, I charge more, do less jobs, take more time off, and still end the year with a similiar income.
