Hi all,,,Recently saw this trimmer line in a U.S publication......says thye have a titanium inner that gives a quoted 30% longer life than other trimmer lines....."Firecracker" brand or somehtin similar..

Anyone know anything about it?????

can you get a pic of it ? we use a type that has orange core inside of the cord.

i use gator linde ..dunno if you guys have it available or not ..but this stuff is tuff

2 Best brands I use are Max-Core, (Ebony sells it) Very good stuff.
There are a couple of "models" in this brand, all good.

My current favourite brand is Desert Extrusion, the green is round which is pretty good, the The orange square is very good.

The "fresher" you keep the exposed line the better it cuts, imo.

MAXI CORE: A Revolution with inner strength! Co-extruded inner core. Resists breaking. The camera has outdone itself in the following photo hehe, shows off teh inner core very well I think :) The color will change depending on the thickness of course

I Haven't personally heard of the one you are refering to PITGrass

Looks like that might the stuff......Is that readily available from mower shops???if not where can it be purchased from

no gator line over there ...you ever try it you wont use nuthin else.
