iced tea works for us during hot days.

heres a easy way to make it without using the kettle to boil hot water.

transparent container(1.5l) 3/4 full with water,add 4-5 tea bags(liptons lemon infusion,green tea etc),lid on.

place in sun for 3-4 hrs this will brew the tea.

add 4 tablespoons of honey,t/s fresh lemon, into coffee mug of warm water, stir up,and add to brewed tea.

refridgerate for a day and night to cool and settle. :)

we also make a iced tea with african rooibos tea which makes a tasty good caffiene free brew. :)
