I am assuming that we can use the ILMCOA logo on our websites ( is this correct). And if so is there HTML code available for its use, or do we just pick up a image file from somewhere ?

I sent a email to indy and was advised it is ok to use the logo on my web site I copied the image off there site and my web page template allows you to to make a link on a image so when you click on the logo it directs you to indy site

I put it on my invoice; have you considered embroidery patches for sale to members Dean to put on work shirts etc, I'd be up for 8 or more

I've been trying to use the logos above in a new flyer and bus. card I'm designing. Neither would work though. When I dropped them into the design the logos became oversized and out of focus. Am I missing something here?

Try using "Easy Thumbnails" software, its FREE! I do a lot of graphics and photo editing with a bunch of different programs but this beats even top of the range programs for speed and ease of use for reducing picture size.

How can we get a larger sized logo? the ones ive downloaded are too small for graphics on a flyer or the website.

Hey admin. If i copy the logo exactly the same but in a larger size, can i get authorisation for this?

I copied the small logo from above which is 100 x 100 pixels I thought it would just drop straight onto the new flyers I'm doing but instead when I copied and dropped it in the logo increased in size and became blurred.

Being that this is in the public part of the forum it may be necessary to email Dean for a higher res copy that can be better reduced to suit.

I'm particularly wanting the logo without the white background/square behind so it's just the yellow and green circular logo itself.

Thats because its a small image. When you enlarge it
Or zoom in, its pixelated.
You have to get an original higger sized pic.

No I didn't enlarge it at all. That's the stupid thing; When I dropped it into my document at the size it appears above it automatically enlarged without me doing anything.

I do a lot of editing with Photoshop, Lightroom etc for my photography so I know what I'm doing but this has got me stumped. Just need a logo at higher res and go from there.

I too am a graphic artist. So im with you n this one. Have you tried to vectorise it? or touch it up in Illustrator?
Im thinking of redoing it in Photoshop.

I'm no graphic artist unfortunately. I'm a weekend warrior with my Nikons, picking up the occassional photoshoot and mag. article. (I write as well). I know my way around editing software for photography only, sad to say.

Nice one Dean!

Who does your website?

Me. The basis is from a template but there's not not much left over now from that. Starting a new page is really boring and time consuming so a cheap template offers enough so you don't waste time on things like buttons etc. There's a game in there as well, hidden for the kids. It's on the Home page.

Yeah I found the game. Good old Scooby Doo!

It's a nice clean site. Looks good.
