I have a contract with a block of units to take the bins out and bring back in and part of this is to clean the rubbish bins. I use a commercial scented disinfectant which seems to do the trick but i feel i need something a little stronger in scent.

Who else does this service and what do you use to clean the bins out?

You lucky thing......you get to clean out stinkin' bins too. Gotta love that   We have just one place that we take out bins & clean them (thank goodness). We use a water soluble, neutral PH surface sanitizer & cleaner concentrate called DEODA-SAFE made by a chemical company in NSW called Cyndan.

Its a bugglegum blue colour, comes in 5Lit bottle, smells nice, kills all the nasties and is damn EXPENSIVE!!!! Mightn't be strong enough scent for your liking. Works out about $11 per litre inc GST. Ended up using around a litre diluted for 30-32 bins.

Happy scrubbing

I've seen a product in Bunnings although I haven't tried it. Worth having a look next time you're in there.
