probably cheaper to buy a new engine or even a whole new mower with the 375 b&s engine
on ebay $150 +$16 deliver for a new 375 engine

i agree with ian, buy a new one. i bought a rover with the b&s motor as a back-up real cheap (i don't think my honda going to make it through summer) . but if you can afford it go for a commercial mower if your serious about mowing.

Hi, I also agree with Ian.
I run Hondas and B/S , With routine maintenance these motors last a long time. (especially with regular oil changes).
But the 375 B/s is not really a commercial engine. It is designed for someone who mows their lawn approx. 20 times a year or less .
If you mow lawns for a living this is a bad choice
As Redback said get yourself a good commercial mower (Honda engine maybe) and maintain it and it will last for years. :) :) :) :) :)
I find my Rover B/s is better than my Honda in the wet, but prefer Honda engines for reliabilty.
If I could buy a Rover with a Honda I would but they won't (Rover) so I can't.
:( :( :( :(
Cheers
