3 cups flour self rasin
1 level t spoon baking powder
pinch salt
dsrt spoon caster suger
sift all dry ingred
add butter about 50 g of butter
rub in butter
add 250 ml of sour cream
leave about 40mm of beer in from a stubby
mix up but dont play with it too long
roll out on to flourd board
cut with scone cutter dip in flour each cut dont twist
cook in thee oven ,hot one till golden brown
