Mey 28" Cylinder Mower - Honda
Location - Melville WA
Serviced regularly and recently sharpened.
Hardly used - only about once a week on my mowing round.
Only selling as I've moved into Synthetic lawn installation.
$2200 or nearest offer

What about calling Rod and asking if he will pack it up for you?
If he can send photos and what not you might be able to get an idea of the condition of it?

I was thinking that but am a little cautious about buying something without really seeing it, and also about paying a person a heap of coin on the other side of the country.

I might still give him a call though in the next few days.

postpone all work jump on a plane and take a tax deductible business trip to w.a :)

have a look at the condition of the sproket teeth and clutch lever linkages for wear as this is where high usage machines are going to wear and there freakin expensive to replace also the amount of wear on the cylinder as there about 500 to replace but will last a few decades
