Its your one stop government tender website, easy to join and then you can setup what notifications you want to receive etc. Once you join you can download all forms etc and see what they require.

There is a few parks etc for the Gold Coast atm

Mowing parks etc isnt all its cracked up to be. Very stressful and not very financially rewarding!
If smaller contracts come up, they would be worth a look.
