Need advice selling my first mowing round

I'm in the process of selling a few of my mowing rounds but I don't know where to start. What experience have others had with this? Where's the best place to advertise or should I just approach local mowers directly? What other information should I know before venturing this territory?

Here in SA any round advertised in any format gets snapped up by a franchise,asking price is paid without issues.Big shortage of rounds for sale in this city.

What format/where do you promote it?

For sale section here on this site then there's Gumtree or bsale.com.au
