Honda GXV160 question

Looking at buying a GXV...
In the description says it's a 5.5HP
Scrolling down to specs it says 4.3HP @ 3600RPM

As Pauline Hanson would say "Please explain"

l'd like to know if you can buy these engines used on this https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-19...mower_p3380820

.....and it seems you can't - bugger, seems like the ultimate engine

5.5 gross
4.3 nett

Don't do it. Nasty gutless boat anchors. Even wound up to 3600 rpm they struggle. Many better options ie Briggs 850 ic, Kawasaki KAI or even Hondas own gsv190.

Instead i'm currently getting the GCV190 repaired and will not be buying a GXV
