Re: backpack vs handheld leaf blowers

I've been using a Stihl BR600 Magnum for 8 years or so, my hand held blower just gathers dust these days. I'd get the backpack blower for sure, way more power and easy to use. I've never experienced...

Broke a bone in my wrist last week :doh Right arm and wrist in plaster for 6 to 8 weeks, thankfully it's winter time now but still it's proving to be a major drama.

    Re: strata work

A number of big strata managers use Trades Monitor to do all the leg work for them, sounds similar to what you're experiencing, difference is Trades Monitor don't charge us for the priviledge.

Thought about a sports bag of some sort like a cricket or softball bag ? Much cheaper option.
  13. Re: Dual cab 4x4 ute review by A to Z Gardening Services.

Very true mate, so glad to be rid of the Rodeo. As much as I am a Holden man I wouldn't touch the new Colorado either.
  14. Re: Dual cab 4x4 ute review by A to Z Gardening Services.

Had the BT50 for close on two months, had the 1,000km free service. Early days still but very happy and enjoying the fuel economy of a diesel.

I hear you there. Over the years my resistance level to bites and stings has changed for the worse and I keep antihistamines in the car plus a cream. Thankfully (touch wood) I only get bitten once...

Re: Do we need a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)???

Re: Am i the only 1 out there

You're not the only idiot out there working Greenie. I've been working through it too, just having more drink breaks and using a cool scarf and hat I got at the Cancer Council shop. They help.
  18. Re: What has been the most PROFITABLE part of your business?

For me, fertilising of lawns and gardens for some of my regular clients is the most profitable, I tend to do it 3 times a year as well.
  19. Re: Dual cab 4x4 ute review by A to Z Gardening Services.

Exactly, I have been using this product for months. It works well, you just use less of it.

If the numbers are so down maybe we should organise something again at Wentworthville Leagues Club again in the new year.
  25. Re: **att sydney lawnies**** xmas piss up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd love to join you but by passport doesn't extend as far as Revesby. Lol. Can't make it though seriously, at Carols in the Domain.
