This is a nice tip. There's plenty of this stuff around us.
Cheers for that. I think I can spot those 3 although I struggle between buffalo and kikuyu a bit.

Hi everyone - I've got a lot of learning to do in this space. This old thread is a good start...
Would anyone be able to recommend any books that would assist with identifying turf and weeds?

Cheers - thanks for that and sorry for not replying sooner. I'm clearly not up to speed with the mechanics of this forum!
That's a great suggestion. I'm still not planning to dive in probably...
Agree - I can't quite get over how complex this has all become.

I learnt that as things ramp up, I will need a few different tools, so no need to stress getting it...
That's great - thank you. Looks like Husq have a sale on at the moment, so the 125B is only $279. Also makes the 522 Huq line trimmer slightly more affordable at under $500 too.
That's a pretty big endorsement - thanks Geoff. I'll see what they have at our local and might need to get it ordered in as I can't see it on the website.
Cheers Ian - it was your earlier comment that sent me to look at that Echo blower, so thanks again. So the PB-250 is different to the PB2520?
Thank you - I can't see it on their website so I might head in today and see what they have in store.

Thanks very much for the offer! I'll take you up if you don't mind?
I'm actually finding it a bit difficult to come across a good quality second hand trimmer or blower - but I'll keep looking.

This is a great tip - it's really valuable to hear how people who know what talking about do things.
I'll get some of those containers and a can of harden up and I'm sure I'll be fine with a 2/
I've been doing a couple of 'practice' lawns for friends and family (regional Vic...) and I can definitely see that line trimming is the hardest bit on the back. I have a terrible bent shaft one...
Cheers for that - I'll take a look at the Huskys.
Interesting! I was thinking mainly about having to mix fuels and carry multiple containers.
But I have no idea what I’m talking about...
I’m trying to learn as much as I can before I get...
Thant's perfect thanks Geoff. I was thinking of going with a partnership. What you've described suits me well!
Hey Geoff - Quick question, if I may. As mentioned I'm in the process of setting up... To do this sort of income splitting, do you need to set the business up as a partnership?

Cheers Redeye - I'm keen on the Honda for a brushcutter... maybe laziness but I'm wanting all of my equipment to be 4-stroke, but I see the Honda brushcutter is also the same weight.
I recall...
Sounds great - thank you. I was looking at a second hand one but might stick to new for this. And good to know that the 25cc is good - either for this or the stand alone brushcutter
Thanks for the advice - looks like the Honda stand alone hedger is that weight as well... OK another thing to consider!
