plenty of rain in brissie over last few days. lawns are greening up. should be a busy start to new year. :Rain: Weather Bureau says QLD faces up to four cyclones by April. scary thought.

massive storm through this arvo. around 50mm in it. 36000 homes without power. strongest winds i've seen for a long time. trees brought down a couple of streets away from me. just wished this rain...

lawns are getting real crunchy under feet. mowing up dust storms. once the new A1 GP (was indy) on the gold coast starts it will be sure to rain.
dust storm well & truely hitting brisbane now. I have never seen it this bad. At least it's not too hot. a little rain on monday night didn't do much for the lawns.
small storm cell came through about 20 mins ago. stuff all rain. was going to spread fertiliser on my lawn - not now. been dry here in brissie for a few weeks now. lawns are starting to go brown.
