    Re: Edgit Pro

Hey Dean, if you dont have an existing groove then it can cut a bit wide, you can also walk on the grass side and have the string facing towards the concrete for a narrower groove but it uses more...

    Re: Edgit Pro

Macka, I don't think you will have any joy there, may even be worse than standard head with the extra string you are spinning around, I know it throws rocks.

    Re: Edgit Pro

Hi Hjl, I have plenty of hours on it now and love it, I actually like it better for general trimming than doing vertical edges, but its good at both, I haven't used one of the normal snippers since I...
  8. Re: Honda HRX217HYA imported from USA - A better mower for less $$ than an Aussie HRU

What sort of hours have you guys got on your machines with the clutch issue? I bought a HRX a couple of weeks ago and love it, its so much quicker and nicer to use compared to the 216.

Re: Where to buy in Brisbane?

Yeah the KM130 is a love hate thing, I personally love the power delivery but they are troublesome when they get a bit older and develop crank case leaks etc. The new 94r has gone back to the ever...

    Re: Maintenance Schedules

you can cut a standard 4 thou feeler guage to shape if you dont want to buy the stihl one, always replace the valve cover gasket as a leak here will mess up the fuel ratios and make it run rough.

Lets hope OH&S don't get onto this, Aint nobody got time for that. It probably has a very limited space in the market somewhere.

    Re: TORO Grandstand Stand behind

Thanks Redeye, I will do some more research on the aerocore deck before making a decision. I don't know why the other brands don't make a 32.

Re: The best $20 I ever spent.

I suppose its where you live that dictates what you can earn per hour, but if you can charge $35/hour for a utility mower and snipper you're doing bloody well around my parts thats for sure. Every...

    Re: Not happy

We are talking servicing here, not time consuming stuff. changing oil and cleaning air filter etc, takes 4 - 5 minutes, takes less time than driving it to the dealer.
Whats it cost at the dealer?

    Re: Not happy

I doubt many on here take their push mowers to the dealers for services. I reckon if you cant service your own gear you are in the wrong business.
