That sounds a bit over the top. Can MowerRob or another Jimmie confirm this?
Another question. If a franchisee wants to dump a customer because their a pita, do you still have to pay fees for them?

Your right, we all had to start somewhere. Think of how much of a hassle this guy is going through to get the job done.
