    You shouldn't need to use anything on a "v" belt, if the belt is shiny on the sides or it fits all the way into the pulley the belt or the pulleys are worn. the bottom of the belt should never touch...

    I found the green bags tend to rot out quickly, I think the colour coating stops the moisture from getting out. The bags I got from Dean seem to last much longer.

    I wouldn't get my hair cut and then expect to get charged for cleaning up the clippings and waste disposal or data...
