    Re: Zero turn size

Hey mate, just my 2 cents

I've got a John Deere Z925A 54inch and that just fits inside my 10x5 trailer, I'm unaware of your area that you service, but like Gazza I'm trying to make my setup more...

Re: Stihl BR800 Re Designed New Blower

    Hi Macka,

    I've got both.

Stihl BR600 - Probably the most powerful out of the lot, however slightly heavier, the only issue I've had is the mounting frame needed replacing as it disintegrated. ...

    Re: Totally electric commercial contractor

What sort of yards are you doing currently?
It's all horses for courses, Yanks use the stand on mowers as they take up less room and IMO are more agile than a ZTR

    Re: Stihl battery power

    Gday!
I've bought the Husqvarna Whippy, pole saw and arborist saw. Love Em
I find the Husky significantly more balanced than Stihl gear. I'm waiting for the battery powered mowers to catch up.

It kills me! I love having a chat with clients, but when they want to waffle on for half an hour I just want to head to the next job.

    The Diesel pumps though :O

Apparently talking to guys they are prone to go at 120-150k leaving you with a $5000 hole in your pocket.

The Landcruiser Gods curse you :P

Re: Thoughts on my trailer to be purchased

Trailer Co reckons it will weigh around 1.8 tonne. With gear and ride on this will be 2.8 tonne.

Current trailer is 800kg, plus ride on 700kg.

I've got a truck, so we'll see how we go ;)

    I'd get an Ariens/Gravely before a Toro.

    Re: Charging re, travel etc

Re: 240 litre bin hire Melbourne

You can get additional bins from your council for around $5 per week I think.

Might be a far cheaper option, I used to do it, however now I'm dumping 4-6 cubic a week :)
