    How easy is it to change channels and search for channels without having to take them off? I once had a pair, can't remember the brand, they had a tuner dial which is hopeless.

    It's pretty tight too. Too tight. I have tried a flat ring spanner but can't crack it. If I put some leverege on it I'm worried I'll round it.

    My advice for load is carry the bare minimum. It is amazing when you start throwing in a few tools, straps etc how much extra you end up with, most if it isn't used.
