A good tip.......learn to price your jobs right. Find out what your opposition is charging, price check if you have to. One of the most important parts of your business. I just price checked my area...
I'd say it was this, having done the same thing with mine all those years ago.
Noted Team South East only shares when its of benefit to them, got it. Two months on...... but we got it.

Cleaning out the garage for some new fishing gear i see. Love it. Right about the C4 Astro, garbage, which is odd seeing as the other stuff is so good. I hear what your saying Fred re the battery...
That was quick, the lead for this job has been taken.
Hi Chris, my thinking was more along the lines of hourly rates and minimums. A lot of newbies come in with no idea of prices. But you are also right you need a minimum charge to stop, unload etc.
As a Brisbane supporter i tend to agree lol, though the Cats and the Hawks are no push overs. Pity we didn't win that 4th premiership then the discussion would be mute.

So another knackered lawnie, i've met a lot of the journey. Maybe if rates were a bit better we wouldn't have to kill ourselves hey.
Congrates Melbourne Storm, wow what a team. Craig Bellamy will go down as one of the best coaches ever wouldn't he, across all Australian sports, just amazing.

It starts with little things. Little changes, everyone doing a little bit. We all want to earn...

I haven't yet Macka, i always though they'd be getting in the way and be a pain to be taking on and off all the time. Be interested to hear the thoughts of those that have. I'm guessing it would be...
Yeah congrates to Garry and on the Tigers supporters on here, yellow and black
Been through plenty of droughts Greg, been in the biz going on 26 years and my Dad started it in 1970 so we've felt the sting of a drought or two or more like six or seven. We had a 13 year dry spell...

South Aus and smaller regional centres may be different to Melbourne and Sydney but there are plenty of solo operators grossing $150,000 to $200,000 running small gardening businesses in the bigger...
Horticulture is a trade, i've got the qualifications that says so, to say otherwise is bs. As soon as you move past the mow, blow and go guys/girls it takes a bit of skill to be a good gardener....
I wouldn't actually call pool cleaners tradies no offence to any pool cleaners out there but i'd say they'd be a step down the pay scale compared to a gardener but obviously that aint the case.
