1. Approximately how many hours per week do you currently spend WORKING ON building your business?
2. What are the main area's of your business that you focus on during this time?

I would spend about 4 hours a week on marketing atm, and keeping my eye out for the next employee for this spring. Most nights I scour the net for ideas.
I think having the right people, and marketing are the two most important things to build.
I want to die peacefully in my sleep like my Grandfather.....not screaming in terror like the passengers in his car!!!

Between trying to refine ideas for a website and designing/delivering new flyers plus, what Stump said (scouring the interwebs for ideas), networking, emailing R.E. Agents etc, probably about 6 - 8 hours per week.
