Seems to be a few stores over there that still stock the clutch. $22 plus post versus $60 I was quoted here.

Edit: Checking through a lot of them and they are saying the parts are obsolete. How can this be with a product that is still for sale?

Anyone have any links to where they've reliably bought parts from?

I got a bit over 2 years out of my last one and just replaced it with a new one. In those 2 years I've replaced 2 spark plugs and the fuel filter nothing else other than replace the original head with a speed feed head. Mine does a lot of work. I would expect a longer life from one if I was just using it for edging but I do a lot of slashing of steep blocks. The only reason I replaced my last one is it started running a bit rough, it still runs and probably needs a real good strip down and clean but at the time it was easier to just buy another.

Overall length is about 1770mm just google rbc2510 specs its all there. I'm about 6ft tall and it fits me fine. I did move the loop handle about an inch closer to the engine for a better fit. There is no anti vibe but I don't have a problem with it. It's not noticible to me anyway. I have done a few 8 hour days with it with no problem. My Stihl km 130 has more felt vibration but in saying that it's not really in the same class. I get 45 mins out of a tank of fuel. The 25cc 4 Stoke version I can get 55 to 60 mins from a tank. I do not like this machine as it is more expensive, noticibly heavier and the power is just different.

I've got one 95% use as pole hedger.really light, starts with a flick of the wrist when warm.does have a fair bit of vibration but is a good reliable machine.

Yep! Bought a new one in May for $340 only because I couldn't source a clutch-spring for my old one.

They are good units, could do with a couple more after some prick/lowlifes stole two of off me trailer today. One had a pole saw attachment so thats over a grands worth. Just cleaned the filters on them last night which peeves me off. They were padlocked to a trimmer rack. broad daylight on a public street.

bolt cutters. They steal tools from workers who pay tax to support them but they are too dumb, stupid, ignorant or drugged out to care.

Help please. I need to replace my stolen Makitas real quick but the only one in stock that I can get today is the RBC2110. I would have to order in the RBC2510's which would been a few days with no whipper snippers.

Does anyone know if the RBC2110's take the same attachments as the 2510's. Would it be powerful enough to use as a main whippy until I can get an RBC2510? I have a feeling it doesn't. A quick reply would be really appreciated.
