    Default What is this??

    This mouly looking stuff appeared on one hibiscus and now its started on another one thats in another location Just worried the whole hedge might go down with it. Any ideas as to what causes it and how to fix it?

    just be careful what pesticide you use as some can harm hibiscus

    Its funny that people think of hibiscus as a tropical plant, but when I was in the top end I gave up planting them due to mealy bug, sooty mould and leaf curl

    Ive never seen one with a problem before ever yet now i have two drive ya nuts i was just getting the hedge on that side looking and working good.

    still cant see the pictures. but if it mealybugten i used to use pyrethrin. but you never seem to truely get rid of them

    I had some with sooty mould and sprayed them with white oil

    pest oil is much better than white oil, does the same job but is much less harmful to the plants

    Yes I use Pest Oil to,, I spray it on some of the customers
