Turn it off and send it to the naughty corner. Tell it to stop being so childish.
Give it 5 minutes and reboot and hope that it will start playing sensibly again.
    No idea really.

You wouldn't have caps lock on?

Screw the naughty corner. It can go out the window. I checked caps. It say user profile service service failed the logon. Whatever that means. Its all backed up but right now I cant access any of my stuff

Can you download/run an anti-malware program when you are the user you are now?
I think some malware can mess with the user profiles.
Malwarebytes is still pretty good I think.

Maybe try searching the forums at whirlpool or asking the nerds there. They will fix you up.

    Download a copy of

Petter Nordahl-Hagen’s Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
    – A great boot CD/Floppy that can reset the local administrator’s password.

This will make a bootable CD or USB stick or floppy which will give you tools for resetting passwords in your windows system. The bootable cd is actually a Linux system, but has been built to recognize and access windows hard disks.
Do a google search for it and you will find many reputable sites from which it can be downloaded.

Ps. PM me if you need further assistance.
IT support etc was my job from when I started on IBM 'big iron' mainframes until I left the system a couple of yrs ago on a vdp.
