Last week i picked up a set of units where the guy with 2 years worth of contract stopped and he informed them he needs to find a proper job.
I think you'll find your not alone, the weather controls us to what life style we live.
140 lawns thats a effort for a solo outfit. your not having Fridays off then ?

    140.....It's doable,i think.

Most my lawns are on the smallish size, terms and conditions to be a customer
    Only regulars no casuals
    No dogs
    No cutting shrubs or hedges
    No clean ups
No locked gates or roller doors, unless key or remote supplied or hidden
No catchers used all lawns mulched
    No lunch break..what's new

You see that's not so bad,and i lose Fridays and Saturdays during peak times

just a note regarding garage doors if you have a merlin remote you can program these for multiple doors my opener for home is programmed for 3 clients doors
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

You all will be pleased to know I have had 50mm of rain in the last few days. Wonderful.

Good one hjl. We've had similar or a bit more in places.
Forecast looks good for decent rain this week too.
