    ANother thing with Invoice2go, if you choose to keep the free acct, just delete the invoices as you go. They are already saved in your emails.

    You could set up a .pdf tax invoice with editable fields (including the invoice number). Fill it in on your tablet etc...., email it off and then save it to your dropbox. So an invoice to go experience for nil cost.

    Freshbooks is not software, but an online service. I have 7 day terms, so have set reminders to go at 10, 17 and 24 days - friendly, firm then stern reminders.

    Has some good reports as well that can cater to whether you report on a cash basis, or accrual.
