Thank you Paul G for advising the cost. Yes if you purchase over the internet it is $550 plus flat $10 postage and handling. If you purchase through one of our Silky Saw distributors our RRP is $532.40. If you would like to purchase through us direct then the price will be $532.40 plus postage and handling depending on what part of the country you are. ie Brisbane $11.
    Hope this helps..

Can you buy spare parts for the telescopic sections? We had the '1st extension' yellow clip break. It doesn't really affect usage but it does protect it a little from dust and stuff getting inside the telescopic sections.

    Hi SunM,

Yes you can buy replacement parts for any section of the Pole Saws. You will just need to let us know exactly which Pole Saw and which it is on. Also if you were just after the lever or you needed the yellow collar section.

You can re post or send us an email on silkysaws@hotmail.com or call on 07 3823 1569 or pop into one of our dealers.

That would be my one criticism of silky saws, the plastic on 2 of my clips has broken. Does not affect function, but they could be using a plastic which is less brittle.

Hi Wyadra, The saws have a lifetime Manufacturers Warranty, so if the clips have broken through normal usage and correct technique we should be able to replace them for you. Just give us a call or send us an email and we will try to get to the bottom of it for you. PH: 07 3823 1569 or silkysaws@hotmail.com
