    Anyone know the name for this design to a hedge?
    The 45 deg angle?
    i was told it's called the English edge.hedge.jpg

    Can't say I've heard of it but I have seen a pic of large conifer trees around a castle trimmed like that.

    They are getting popular. Theres heaps in Bowral NSW

    I'd call it bevelled edge too. As to square edge and rounded edge. Best to keep it simple and save confusion with the client.
