Yeah get well soon...... although you might want to watch Greenie, he's been sending private massages saying you normally walk around with a limp wrist, so he didn't think it was much of a problem when you tripped over... maybe wear the flats while working, and keep the heels for special occasions

Hi Matt, sorry to hear about your accident, let me know if you need any jobs done, either in the Highlands or the Inner West. At least we are heading into the slow season.

Hi Matt, hope you get well soon. Look on the bright side of things if you can.

You will be amazed at how well & fresh you feel without those little niggles when you get back to work.

6 weeks resting and relaxing will do you wonders. The odd beer or two should help put things into perspective Cheers!!

    Just a thought.
Unless Matt has tripped over his own two feet, wouldn't he be entitled to ???
    Cheers Fred.

Ther's a herb called Comfrey that is nicknamed "Knit Bone". If you can get your hands on it, puree a leaf of it in some juice fruit juice once a day. It's a very hairy leaf and would be virtually impossible to eat whole. That will speed up the knitting process big heaps and try and stay away from alcohol - that slows down any healing process.

Faaaaaaaaaark mate I know exactly what your in for, only I did both at the same time, Your lucky to have some good mates to help you out. Don't rush getting back into it and make sure you do your physio,. The upside is they use much smaller plates and screws now days which is a good thing. all the best and keep your chin up
