Also a very good fabric softener for your clothes in the washing machine. I also have 2 tablespoons of Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in a small glass of water with each meal. Helps digestion and is great for keeping your whole system alkaline which is a must for good health.

After about 10 to 12 years your roof top Evap Air Cooler Pads get dirty and smelly. Even when serviced/cleaned yearly.
Get them down from the roof and pour evenly a 2Ltr White Vinegar bottle over each pads entire surface, that's 4 bottles.
Tip the pads over and do the same again, another 4 bottles.
Wait 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly with the hose at a pressure that will not damage the pads, give them a good rinse.

Then put them back in the unit, do this each season and you get many more years out of the pads with zero odour. In USA they call them Swampy Coolers for a reason.

Smart Buy 2ltr White Vinegar is $1.09.

Don't do this over your lawns as you will have a very dead patch of grass and be safe on the roof.
    Cheers Garry
