    Default Organised gang of thieves

Just a heads up folks theres a gang of well organised thieves hitting builders and gardeners trailers and work cars. They are operating down the peninsula and are heading north according to the police. A Jimmie down that way lost 4k worth of equipment just recently and a further 21 theft offences have been reported all fitting the same MO. Another Jimmie lost his entire rig (Car and trailer) about a 2 months ago in Wantirna as well.

They hit the southern states every winter. They wait till is pissing down rain and cold then hit vans, utes and trailers left in driveways. They got me about 4 yrs ago. Coppers reckon they take it all interstate to sell and it makes it way into garage sales, ebay, markets etc.
