It's called getting older. Better get used to it. You'll really know about it if you start getting joint problems or a chronic illness as well; trust me

Definitely give Magnesium a try. I used to be sore all the time but magnesium has helped and now I can have a massive day and not feel too bad. Still a bit sore but nothing like I used to be.
Staminade is actually high in Magnesium which is why it is good for soreness too. I used to get a lot of cramps after a big day and magnesium also fixed that. Also used to pull muscles when playing sport and it stopped happening when I started taking Magnesium. One of my clients is a naturopath and told me all about how it works.

Cramps equals low magnesium levels, but be careful with that magnesium intake. Over do it and you will be on the throne a way lot more than what you would desire!!!!!!!!!

Easy solution, and it ties in with another thread running at the moment. Leave these jobs for the lowballers, let them wear themselves out

I did my hard yards, now its someone elses turn, I charge more, do less jobs, take more time off, and still end the year with a similiar income.
