How's everyone faring in Sydney and surrounds? Just heard on the news there was some pretty rough weather there this evening.
Paul,
Your a nite owl mate, see your been on late often ie, last nite.
I went to bed minutes ago and was visualising the national Bom radar image I saw heading to Albury by tomorrow and thought. Nah no work tomorrow, so I'll get out bed and re log on, maybe crack a stubbie.
Yer I was watching the radar for the Sydney poeples and it looked like it was coming down hard.
Cheers Garry
Yeah mate I don't sleep a lot.
Nothing but dry and hot up here. Well, hot for Toowoomba anyway. Summer is finally here I think; 29 - 30degs and dry for the next week is the forecast. Nights are still a bit chilly though.
The heat got to me today. I couldn't go out at all. Spent the day resting avoiding dizzy spells etc. This illness is still playing silly buggers with my body!
Sydney is drenched. The rain has stopped but the grass is waterlogged. A big no go today.

Humidity I love it, great beer drinking weather and good for a bad back. Beats Melbourne's freezing weather with a cold southerly blowing the rain in sideways making it even colder no thanks much prefer Melbourne like today 26ish and humid love it! Most i know hate it. Have you tried Perth Redeye?
hot in chinchilla 32 and up every day for a couple of weeks now.
We've had 28 here today and about 40% humidity and I''m still sweating. Saw a lot of guys around town today sitting down for a drink or towelling their face dry.
I guess it's relative to where you live and what you're used to but I'm not looking forward to days over 30 degs. Time to pick up some more rehydration formula from the chemist I think.
I feel for you poor sods who work in temps up to 40 over Summer.
Battern down the hatches Melbourne..especially both sides of the bay. We have black level (BOM colour coding) rain coming. I don't think I've ever seen that before. When I thought our house was going to float away and all our local intersections were knee deep in water the BOM still only showed it as dark red.
