Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you
Ate at pigs and plaster 8/10 oh yes hey fellas good feed....
But if you aint ''STIHL'' you aint real....
My rain gauge had 75mm in it this morning which makes over 90mm since Sat.
Will be interesting to see how the new roadside drainage works (swales, rock retarding ponds etc) that council has just done up near the primary school works. Good to see them trying more innovative systems than concrete pipes.

240mm here since last Tuesday.
Ha Ha not raining in Sydney
Wasn't too bad here yesterday. Max got to about 18 I think. Had to sit in the car while a few showers went through around lunchtime but got going again during the afternoon.
About the same again today but no rain. Chilly clear skies - wind gusting over 45kph from the south-west.
Absolutely fine day here hoping the rest of the week is just as good
....Nothing like a good whipper....
rain ? whats that. i live and work on the wrong side of the dividing range me thinks
Just spent the last 4.5 days in the NSW & VIc Alps riding a road motorbike in a group of 6. Many times in solid rain and on occasionals in monsonal type rain. We don't follow main roads where we can, but sealed narrower goat tracks that group knows for more fun.
Was at the Little River Hotel at Ensay near Bruthen, Vic this morning and the only way home was over Mt Hotham. Called into Omeo police station for advice and they showed me the web cam which was wild and snowing with wind chill at -12deg.
I decided to give it a go and road through flake snow and settled snow on the road in very poor/scarey conditions. All at super slow speed with hazard lights on and the feet spread down and out in case of frozen ice.
The day prior I left the main group to travel 267kms into Bairnsdale to get a new rear tyre to assist as the previous tyre was wearing down rather quick.
Weather, who ordered that crap to settle in on us after 2 magic weeks prior.
Plus whilst up there, when reception kicked messages/e-mails followed through for folks wanting work done.
Cheers Garry
Gazza, Mitta mitta???????
Cheers Fred.
Cops told me not to go Mitta Mitta or Falls Creek way as the duration of the ride on crap would be worse. As with Hotham it was a shorter distance of snow/crap to negotiate at the resort and ridge.
My riding buddies told me go via Falls Creek. Was happy in the end. I'm just heading out to work now as the body has somewhat recovered.
It's now one of my new pub stories to tell now in future.
Cheers Garry
Rain Rain Go Away, Come Back Anothe.... Actually strike that. Rain all you like. I couldn't be bothered doing a thing today.
