Not to mention the times when customers use to leave the sprinklers running.....oh the good old days. People actually paid their accounts then too.

Spring is in full swing already, 38 degrees here this arvo, dry and dusty and grass is yellowing in the heat. Predicting a drought this year (summer) for East coast, what would they know...

well in Melbourne normal rainfall for our wettest month is 70 mm well we have had not much more than 2mm for October and its nearly gone..grass is drying off and if they the rainfall low continues not a lot of lawn mowing to be had for 6 months....buckle down for a hard season and drought proof yourself..that was evident in the 10 year drought we had not long ago....make sure ya just dont mow lawns only because piazza will be a luxury at tea time lol

Wet day here but been very dry other than that. How do people go rescheduling jobs after rain? Do you bump everyone back a day or two (a pain when you have regulars expecting you on a certain day, also a pain to ring everyone). Or do you bump the ones that you missed due to rain and leave everything else as it was? Or do you just work longer hours to catch up on those missed which might not be a great idea if you are already flat out. It's a bit of a bugger but can't complain about the rain.

I only have one regular that get done on a certain day and thats because he is disabled and has to move cars etc. I don't have set days and it work fine.
