    dust storm well & truely hitting brisbane now. I have never seen it this bad. At least it's not too hot. a little rain on monday night didn't do much for the lawns.

    wouldnt be good for the air filters seriously that looks similar to ash wednesday leading up in melbourne...i remember being in a high rise building in the city was freaky....

    Its cleared up a fair bit now. Still dusty from the very strong winds, but nothing like it was this morning. There is a trail of dust in the middle of the roads everywhere, and as for my ute, you can hardly read the signs on the side because it is so dirty! Its amazing.

    Its like driving around in the outback somewhere.

    Belting down again here. Massive front coming through with hail and rain. They are forecasting heaps more rain and possibly snow on the hills over the next couple of days. Needless to say no outdoor work but I had some indoor stuff this morning that gave me a pay for the day so that is good. Home now doing the book work and following up on quotes and posting here lol

    Its been the wettest for a many a year and looks like a good spring the way grass is taking off...

    knox has now had it's wettest september for 4 years and the 4th wettest for 13 years this follows the wettest august for 5 years hopefully we will keep getting some rain into and over the summer
    Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
    And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

    Yep, its going to go off its nut once we get a little warmer, the kik hasn't started yet, but a little warmth and some sunny days and BANG!! We are going to be some weary lawnies by Xmas....YAY!
    Have lawn spray jobs booked up to my eyeballs and follwed up with a fair few fert jobs.....money for jam plus more mowing without weeds

    8:45 and still drizzling 117.2 mm at scoresby, 188.6 at mt dandenong this month and i'm over it wish we could reserve some for summer

    I agree with Lockie a wash out,so decided to clean some of my own blocked spouts,now the water is flowing
