I was only a few lawns away from being caught up (more or less anyway!) Had a good week actually!
Yep, its the same here as well..
I was just starting to chip away at the back log, this is just going to make it worse !!!!!
The ground was starting dry out a bit, but this rain will just turn it back slosh.

The ground here isn't even getting a chance to dry out. We had 4 inches before lunch here today and 2.5 of that was in 20 minutes. Flash flooding and storm water drains bursting.
Don't want to rub it in but it was a beautiful sunny day down here in Melbourne would have liked to have been out fishing but someone somewhere invented these things called bills that apparently have to be paid so the fishing has to wait.
Things are actually drying out over here. We had dust when mowing today. Doesn't take long.

yeah growth is starting to slow down our way..actually good in some ways can actually take on extras now
Raining here all day again and still doesn't look like stopping.
Bloody hot here today. Had the retirment village for a straight mow. Was only supposed to be 30 and when I got home my weather station reckons it is 36 outside. Supposed to be a storm later.

Yep, I did manage to work again in the morning.
But as soon as lunch is over, it starts pissing down again. 60 mls yesterday, I reckon we will crack another 80mls to day.
Try again tomorrow see how far I get

Yep agree. Can't believe how fast it has happened. Went from mowing thick green lawns last week to straw and dust patches this week.
Spent most of yesterday in langwarrin and dead set that place is like they have had no rain in 6 months. I was waiting for someone to come have a go at me about the dust that I was ending up blanketing houses in.
What the heck is DUST???? Shouldn't complain but a few non rainy days would be nice, don't really want the sun to come out as the temp would go up and the humidity would become even more oppressive. Half my yards a bogs and all of them are jungles. Making good money out of crocodile and leopard skins though, and it only hurts when they bite. Really need to convert most jobs to 7 - 10 day cycles although it doesn't matter what cycle they are on, the rain gods are setting that.
And Courty I've got to ask why Lo Carb beer? If it doesn't have the carbs it isn't beer, might as well drink ***'* **** (insert your favourite colloquialism for unsatisfactory urine tasting drink). You can't give up on the principle of beer drinkers everywhere, we drink for the taste and flavour not effect, well that's what I tell the bride!
Not a carb thing Redlands,I just happen to like Super Dry.
Bit more rain to come
