Bloody humid here in Sydney, just had a shower and already feel clammy.
Need a good southerly to push this humid weather back upto the tropics where it belongs

Hi Paul, Yes and it's pouring rain here now. Lightning & thunder. Just waiting for some hail to really make my day
I done 4 hrs this morning in the rain on a full day garden clean up that has to be finished by Tuesday.Real Estate only gave me the job on friday and are aware it's being charged at wet sunday rates so it's worth it
Seen a few other lawnies out and about trying to catch up.

Rain on and off again all day Sunday and again today. Yards are saturated and all the creeks and gullies in the area are running high. Some of the lower areas have water lying across the roads and drains are all full. Hopefully the BOM are right and it starts to clear away tomorrow.
The big Rover has had trouble catching grass, grass is just so wet and heavy only getting half way into the cather and then clogs the shute and blades quickly. I feel sorry for the guys with Honda's and the narrow shutes.
One good thing about the rain is that the bay is so full of dirty water that even if I had the time and the wind dropped off so I could get the boat out, there wouldn't be much in the way of fish as they would all be flushed way out anyway.
Got off to a good start this morning, even though the yards are just slosh, but its turn to **** with constant showers just sweeping in.
Plus all this moisture is getting into the electrics on the ride-on, dam thing wouldn't start this morning.
Flood waters slowly receding, but with the heavy rain still in the catchment meands we will get another peak soon.

Hope all you fella's up in Toowoomba are alright. The rest of the country are thinking of you. And on a jovial note I thought you guys were on the top of the ranges, who expected a flood.
Anyway I see Esk and Helidon are being evacuated now.
Hope you are all well.
Hey Paul G.
Gee, you really got hammered today, that was nasty to see in the CBD.

Just rang my Dad after seeing Gympie on the news. (He's about 30km from Gympie) I asked if they had plenty of food ready to be flooded in. He replied there's plenty of food but it's been so wet he's out of beer! Needless to say we had a long chat cause he'd gotten into the rum instead. What else is there to do when it's so wet and you run out of beer.
Unbelivable floods in toowoomba, My thoughts are with you guys tonight.
