They look like very similar spec'ed mowers. The Toro has only one blade where the Gravely appears to run two blades. I would guess the single blade would work better at discharging long grass. The Toro mx 34" runs two blades.

Both of these mowers I would imagine would be horrible to use on slopes with there small narrow tyres and small rear track.

I has told today that the new Toro models should make it to Australia in the next two months.

Why are you asking questions about other mowers if you have already ordered the Gravely ? Trying to confuse yourself more ?

After a week of using the Gravley, im happy with the results. It leaves a good cut finnish.
Small enough to get through most gates.
Im getting the mulch kit installed on monday.
Only issue is, the new deck is designed on an angle. so the left side doesnt cover up to the front wheels. its about a foot away. The right side is good.
My old Dixon is a single blade round shape deck which covers up to the front wheels.
The Toro may have been better in this area but allot of bad reviews on it. Plus ive been told that the single bar blade can be a n issue if you hit a stumps or rock etc. can stuff up the main shaft
