Default Licence to mow lawns now required

Legislation has just been passed that all lawn mowing contractors must be licensed by the end of this month. To acquire a license we must do a course that costs $500. Anyone not licensed and caught mowing lawns for money after this date will receive a hefty fine.

I think it's ridiculous, not the fact you need a licence, just that you have to renew it on April 1st every year, followed by a course of antibiotics

Yeah ... We all know it's St Judes day (patron saint of blabbering idiots) & 1 April ...

    But
We all know the principle of govts
If it is pleasurable or profitable , either ban it or tax (license it).

I use a Makita for blowing dusting insecticide dust through ceiling voids/subfloors like this, with a different attachment of course, works very well, but not for gutters etc.
