I’m getting a rhino toolbox for Xmas. ( the hard plastic ones)
To instal it into the DMax tub (dial can) no tray.
Does anyone know if there’s any areas I can’t drill into the floor of the tub for the bolts or screws to secure the box?
Everything looks good with a haircut.... ɐuıɥɔ ɯoɹɟ pɹɐoqʎǝʞ ɐ ʎnq ı ǝɯıʇ ʇsɐl ǝɥʇ sʇɐɥʇ

Mine's a Navara, not a DMax, but what I did was to put the toolbox where I wanted it in the tub (mine's across the tailgate) & then work out where I was going to put the screws & measured that position in the tub. Then I got under the tub with a tape measure & checked that the screws weren't going to cause any issues with brake/fuel lines, fuel tank etc.

I'd done something similar on a previous Ute & on that one, the toolbox worked loose over time. So on this one I've also made a frame up out of slotted angle iron from Bunnings to hold it steady. It seems to work.
