Dont sell yourself short if they dont wont pay ask them why didnt they want a quote etc put it back on them for not knowing the state of the properties they are looking after and next time if they ring and they need an urgent job done say there will be an extra charge as you have to move work to get there and you will be quoting on it so you then have covered yourself.
good points and well said will take onboard

Real estate work in Bayside Melbourne is great, but they want it done asap, and the quality needs to be good. Talk to the property managers if you are reading this and looking to get into it. We got into Real Estate work through a sale of a property we worked on, the agent asked for our details once they saw the end result. Good for handy man work too. We find the ones we deal with good payers.

I have one that give me work, if i can get there straight away they tell the new tenants ill be around with in the week. It works great. I have another that wants it done ASAP, I don't do a lot of there work because i im to busy to add 2 hours of hard labour to a already busy week.
