I have a Croplands Swissmex back pack. Great bit of kit and no issues yet and its 2 yrs old. Also quite a bit cheaper than the Solo

You can get a boom spray attachment for a lot of different brands Dean. I know you can get them for solos and Shindaiwa sprayers as I've had both
I dont break things ...I just use them beyond their operational limitations

I have the 4 nozzle boom for the solo spray unit and find it a bit much. It a bit wide for the tight corners and weighs quite a bit (you need the brass extension wand to handle the weight). Even with the high pressure unit I'm constantly pumping to keep the pressure up for 4 nozzles and on a 300m2 lawn it's a pain. I realise now I would have been better with the 3 nozzle.

Anyone use one of these on their Shindy prayers?

Need 1 good back pack weed sprayer.

Had an old Shindaiwa which still works and is fantastic but wearing out. The 2 newer Shindaiwas are a piece of crap in my opinion.

Do most people here use Solo? If so which one? I assume parts are really easy to get?

Do yourself a massive favour and purchase a battery sprayer from eBay. About $90, one of the best purchases I have made. Onto my 3rd in a couple of years. It does get a lot of use, maybe 5-10 tanks per week. You won't regret it. Walking around spraying with your hand in your pocket is luxurious.
