    Default Equipment storage - home

I have heaps of shelving but looking at other options as shelves sometimes get filled with crap.

What do you guys have to hang your whippy's , blowers, trimmers etc in your garage.

Where did you get them from ?

I dont have it but have worked with a product called Slat Wall when I was building displays. Brilliant stuff and you get all sorts of shelves and hangers that clip into it that you can move around at will. The bloke I was subbying too had his entire shed lined with it. Heres a mob in Melbourne

l made this up years ago, they're 1/2" bolts and are attached with nuts behind the timber - 2 more whippy's normally up and the backpack blower hangs on the left bolt

edit - they're probably 5/8" and the blower one is more like 3/4"

Yep Red, that works for me, I used reo rod hammered into the wood frames, plus the additional added length of timber. Also had peg board but this was mainly for service tools I needed all the time, the rest of tools hid in big toolboxes.

Thanks Red. Sometimes the simple ideas are the best. Save me spending my money at bunnings!

Digging up the old threads now.
Made this up a few months ago to organise excess gear that I don't take out regularly.

Just some ceiling tophat battens & #8 wire hooks.
