Question Flat tyre on Walker tail wheel. DIY fix or shop only job?

I just noticed recently that one of the tyres on my Walker tail wheel is not holding air. Wondering if anyone has successfully fixed this before, is it a DIY job? I don't even know if there is a tube in there or what?

Thought about adding that green goop tyre sealant, would obviously be a quick cheap fix, but don't want anything to rust out the inside of the wheel?

What have you guys done to fix flats in the past?

Blow the tyre up and check that the valve isn't leaking first. I put green slime in the tyres as a standard thing. Failing that and you get a decent hole in them I repair the tyre with stringys on site. 4x4 tyre repair kit.
