Default Help filling out a JSA

Just got my Work Health & Safety pack from Dean, man it's dense :P.

If someone could explain how to fill the JSA worksheet out that would be awesome, it's more just the top section.

    Division?
    Reference No?
    Procedure/task/plant/event assessed?
    Functional/operational unit?
    JSA Team member?

If I was to get any work with a real estate I just need to provide the SWMS?

dont over do what you need, Only need to follow Work safe in your State, you can ring them they will help.

A job safety analysis (JSA) is a procedure which helps integrate accepted safety and health principles and practices into a particular task or job operation. In a JSA, each basic step of the job is to identify potential hazards and to recommend the safest way to do the job.

All you need is proccedures for all jobs, most states give you 12 months to get them together for new businesses.
