    Default Fertiliser Spreaders

Can anyone recommend a good spreader, any that I have seen or bought have really poor spinners in them and clog up.

    The scott handheld for me.
I've had various wheeled ones over the years and they clogged up. You need a good granulated prill fertiliser. No point buying cheap product that the mineral's are going seperate in the hopper and clog up giving uneven coverage.
The Scott handheld will cast as far as a wheeled one but doesn't carry the volume. I dont fertilise areas larger than 300m2 and it doesn't take long to do.

The scott spreader with wheels is alright too, both are good probably not for large commercial areas though.

I have a lesco spreader that I've had for around 5 years.
Not cheap but good for large or smaller areas.
    Holds 40kg

Agree with the Scott's for smaller lawns. I have a Chapin spreader, works great, never clogged.
